Hi Hossein Afnan, 1. Are you able to login into Windows?2. How did you uninstall the program?3. How many user accounts do you have on the computer? Method 1Refer the below Microsoft article and try the manual steps mentioned and check if it works.Error message when you try to log on to a Windows Server 2003-based terminal server: "Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system"http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935649Note:This article also applies to Windows XP operating systems.
